- How does recruiting outreach actually work?
- We build a target list, then contact those coaches directly with his film, his academics and the numbers they need to make a decision. It is email, it is social, and it is repeated. Coaches are reached during the windows they are actually recruiting, and everything sent is logged.
- How often will I receive updates?
- Foundation members receive monthly recruiting reports covering outreach activity and recruiting progress. Performance and Partnership members receive weekly reporting, along with ongoing strategy adjustments and closer support throughout the process.
- Do you guarantee scholarships or offers?
- What we control is the process, and that is where the work goes: creating visibility, building relationships with coaches, communicating professionally, and putting your son in position to be evaluated. The offer itself is a coach's decision. Our job is making sure he has every reason to make it.
- What happens if coaches do not respond?
- Most will not respond the first time, and that is planned for rather than a surprise. Contact continues, the message changes, and the target list shifts toward the programs showing interest. Silence is information, and we act on it.
- When should my athlete start?
- Sooner is better, because the earlier a coach knows his name the longer he stays on a board. But nobody is too late. We have started with athletes who had months left and still found a home.
- Why can we not just contact coaches ourselves?
- You can, and some families do well with it. The difference is volume and consistency. A coach decides in the first few seconds whether an email is worth opening, and doing that hundreds of times across a season, correctly, while your son is in school and in season, is the part that quietly does not happen.
- What makes your process different?
- We do the work rather than hand you a plan and wish you luck. Our founder went through this process himself with nobody helping, so the guidance comes from having been the athlete nobody was calling.
- How involved are parents?
- As involved as you want to be. You always know what was sent and what came back. Families at the Partnership level are on calls with us regularly and make every major decision alongside us.
- Do you work with athletes outside of football?
- HVOS was built through college football recruiting, and that is where our relationships run deepest. The principles do not change across college athletics: visibility, strategy and communication decide who gets seen. Start with a call and we will tell you plainly what we can do for your athlete.
- How do payment plans work?
- Flexible payment options are available and discussed during the enrollment process.
- Do you take a percentage of scholarship money?
- No. You pay us for the work, and whatever he earns is his family's.
- What happens after signing up?
- We evaluate where he stands, build the target list and the plan, and get his film and information into the shape a coach expects. Outreach begins from there, and your first report follows.
